Never Again Hear Your Kids say during the summer, "I'm bored!"

All parents (for me) is added, they say their children - with the incredible freedom of summer around - "I'm bored" As a life and executive coach, I find that every summer I took my clients, parents tell them what they should do for their children active, involved and not, as the largest of three months of the year (for children) has asked to be drilled.

You know how it works. Their children are excited about next summer when the school year draws to a close. Then, for the firstWeek or so that they are all up and throw balls of energy. Then run out of energy and things to do. And it feels: "I'm bored" and "what should I do?" Your summer is just ugly.

First of all let me say that it is easy for children to be bored during the summer because they have so much freedom. But the freedom of childhood is often the strongest of all the chains, a slave master, boredom dizzying used as punishment. My faith and the study showed that children need freeFreedom. Children need structure to grow and be fulfilled.

Here is my simple 3-step process in order to eliminate the boredom of your child during the summer months.

Step 1
It is advisable to sit with the children before school-is-out-of-the-season success for the summer and write a list of their goals for the summer. Setting goals is the most important step you can keep your child from getting bored in the summer. Ask your child to these questions (and we note theAnswer):
- What new sport would you like to learn?
- What new challenges to deal with you?
- What new books do you read?
- What's new attractions that you want to see?
- What new skills do not learn?
- What (s) you want to improve?

Step 2
Next - with the objectives as a guide, you and your child (s) must write a program from week to week of summer activities for them. (I recommend the entire summer plannedDay after day, but let me let you in this facility.)

Step 3
Then follow the schedule.

My children have not uttered the words: "I'm bored" since I started this approach to their summer. I'm too busy, busy and happy to be bored! And they sell well. And I know that your children and I will see you again (how can we do as parents) and say how great this or that summer was here, what they did.

Then you pull, I, you (see below) a list of 301The things your child can do during the summer. Many of them are low cost or no cost. This list ensures that no child need ever be bored.

The list of 301 activities to help your child, your family and take advantage of the warm season and sparks of creativity in this summer is the best time of year! Your child can look at the list and select all the activities that interest and get started. Some of my suggestions for activities that require parental permissionbut most are for your child to complete alone.
